Third-party delivery providers
Deliveries are fulfilled using independent third-party couriers, pallet networks, freight carriers, or logistics providers.
While we aim to work with reliable delivery partners, delivery performance may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our direct control.
Delivery access requirements
Customers are responsible for ensuring:
- Delivery addresses are accurate and complete;
- Suitable access is available for delivery vehicles;
- Someone is available to accept delivery where required.
For heavy, bulky, or palletised goods, adequate unloading access must be available.
Failed deliveries caused by inaccessible premises, incorrect information, or missed delivery attempts may result in additional charges.
Delivery of large or heavy goods
Some building products may be delivered using pallet networks or specialist transport providers.
Deliveries are generally made to the nearest safe and accessible point as determined by the delivery provider.
Drivers may be unable to assist with moving goods beyond the delivery point.
Inspecting deliveries
Customers should inspect deliveries as soon as reasonably possible after receipt.
If goods arrive:
- Damaged;
- Incomplete; or
- Incorrect,
please notify us promptly and provide photographs where possible.
Missed deliveries
Where delivery attempts fail due to customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information, redelivery charges may apply.
Risk and ownership
Risk in goods passes upon delivery.
Ownership of goods transfers only after full payment has been received.
Delays outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Severe weather;
- Industrial action;
- Supply chain disruption;
- Transport interruptions;
- Government restrictions;
- Events affecting third-party logistics providers.
Nothing in this section affects statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
